LTD was launched on October 2nd, 2007 in the State of Andhra Pradesh.
TV5 is one of the leading media company and a Satellite Telugu News
Channel presently being telecasted in India. The “5” in “TV5” is derived from the 5 viz.,basic amenities ‘HEALTH’, ‘FOOD’, ‘EDUCATION’, ‘CLOTHING’ AND ‘HOUSING’
which are the most important basic requirements for any human being.
TV5 obtained the latest state of the art technology. Key Features include:-
24 hour news coverage, 30 Special Bulletins, Direct link from all 23 Districts in the state, more than 500 exclusive special reporters, 8 DSNG Vans to give Live presentations from every remote place in the state, 6 Metro Bureau's, Global Network with an exclusive offshore offices in USA to cover NRI news. It is the first regional channel to have dedicated bulletins for each district in the state. It is also the first regional channel to have a Virtual Studio and a Global Network.
TV5 Network's strength derives by strong national identity and programming with the local identity and programming the regional community across India. The sale of advertising time enables the TV5 to provide programming to the public free of charge. TV5 broadcasts approximately more than 5,000 hours of TV programming each year, transmitting to more than 200 affiliated stations and cable operators across India These independently owned affiliates then broadcast the TV5 signal to an estimated more than 85% percent of all homes in the Andhra Pradesh and other parts of the country.
TV5 serve their communities by producing news, sports, and public affairs programming that address local needs.
The TV5 studio produces or co-produces programmes for primetime, late-night, daytime, longform, reality and digital media projects for a variety of broadcast and cable networks as well as online outlets. Its current roster features the Daily News Scan, Business Breakfast, Editor’s Choice, Political Punch, and new series of programs for woman Dharani, Snehitha etc, Movies and Masthi in Entertainment segment. Most popular show AP’s Most Wanted is a big hit where a reward of Rupees 100,000.00 is awarded to the viewers who help in identifying the criminals. Also TV5 have exclusive sports desks interacting with major sports stars in India.
To reach all people of Andhra Pradesh residing around the world TV5 is also broadcasting the channel ‘LIVE’ online for free of cost. Within 2 months time TV5 have achieved more than 100,000 unique viewers around the world, still the number is growing day by day.

Mr. B.R.Naidu is Chairman of the Board of Shreya Broadcasting Pvt Ltd, whose businesses include Manufacturing, Travel, Infrastructure Development from 1991 to Present.
As Chairman, Mr. Naidu led TV5 turnaround and set the company on a solid path toward achieving sustainable growth. In the process, he put in place the industry’s most experienced and successful management team, strengthened the company’s balance sheet and simplified its corporate structure, and carried out a disciplined approach to realigning the company’s portfolio of assets to improve returns.
Before forming the TV5, Mr. Naidu had formed and successfully running the other businesses in the field of Travel, Manufacturing and Infrastructure development.
As a chairman, Mr. Naidu oversees the company's News broadcasting and media businesses, and all corporate staff functions, including financial activities, legal affairs, public affairs and administration.
Mr. B.Surendra Nath is Vice Chairman of the Board of Shreya Broadcasting Pvt Ltd. with responsibility for the company's worldwide communications strategy, Technical Infrastructure and positioning. In this role, he is an integral participant in shaping and communicating the company's business strategy, Technical Infrastructure.
In addition to serving as TV5 Vice Chairman, Mr. Surendra Nath oversees all aspects of the development and implementation of TV5’s corporate communications strategy, including media relations, and internal and external communications. Mr. Surendra Nath also supervises the interaction and coordination of the communications functions of TV5 and its operating divisions, working closely with the chief Communications and Chief Technical officers of TV5’s business units. He is also responsible for overseeing the company's program of branded public events and activities at its world headquarters at TV5 Center in India.
Before assuming his current position, Mr. Surendernath was chairman for a leading Travel company Travel Club Forex Ltd and served as Managing Director for Plasticon Technologies Pvt Ltd.
Mr. Surendra Nath began his career at Travel Club Forex Ltd. while still in college, and became the chairman for his Travel Company at very short age and became successful entrepreneur. He was graduated in MS in E-Business from University of Luton (UK).
Mr. B.Ravindranath is Managing Director for TV5. Reporting to Chairman, Mr. Ravindranath is a member of TV5’s senior management team. He is responsible for overseeing all of TV5’s domestic and international operations, including offices in Washington, D.C., Atlanta, NewJersey, and Singapore. As the company’s chief operating officer, He also works closely with the senior management of the company’s business units on policy issues connected to their work worldwide. Mr. Ravindranath supervises the company’s various trade association relationships, as well as the activities of outside firms representing government, political and public policy interests.
Before assuming his current position in February 2008, Mr. Ravindranath was President for Euro Enterprises Inc, a USA based company specialized in various fields starting from International Trade, Tele-Communications, IT Services, Broadcasting etc., where he served from 2001 to 2008.
Between 1998 and 2001 Mr. Ravindranath was Vice-President for Dale Technologies Pvt Ltd, which was specialized in IT Services served for Government of India.
Mr. K. Balavanth Reddy is the head of Finance and Marketing for Shreya Broadcasting Pvt Ltd. Mr. Reddy oversees TV5’s all Accounting, Marketing, Finance, and Tax Areas. Before assuming his current role in February 2008, Mr. Reddy had been President for Cyber Source Inc, USA since 2002 to 2008 which was specialized in IT Services. Mr. Reddy worked as a Manager in Valley National Bank, USA from 1995 to 2002. He held the position of branch Manager. Mr. Reddy is Bcom Graduate and Certified Associate of Indian institute of Bankers (CAIIB).
