After huge speculations renowned film director Shankar decided to release his latest film "Endhiran - The Robot" in 2D and not in 3D. According to the sources Sun Pictures were not much keen to extend the post production period more as the film was in development hell for last 2-3 years which had cost Sun Pictures huge bucks. "Endhiran - The Robot" will star Rajnikanth and Aishwarya Rai Bachhan with the music of legendary A.R. Rahman. If the sources are to be believed the movie is expected to hit the screens on 10th september.

However this decision of Sun Pictures left Vikram Bhatt smiling as his latest horror film "Haunted" is declared as the first ever Stereoscopic 3D Movie of India which will nurture the Real-D techniques which were used in many Hollywood 3D films like Avatar, How To Train Your Dragon, Alice In Wonderland and the upcoming films like Harry Porter and The Deathly Hallows Part I and II.
