Shahrukh Khan has emerged as the top tax payer from Bollywood after paying the tax of Rs. 5 crore for the second quarter of the financial year 2011. Last year, SRK had paid Rs. 3.5 crore for the same quarter. Akshay Kumar, who was the number one tax payer last year, comes second this year with a tax payment of Rs. 4.5 crore.

Aamir Khan comes third after coughing up Rs. 4 crore. Last year, he'd paid Rs. 3.5 crore for the same period. Among actresses, the top tax payer is Katrina Kaif with Rs. 1.3 crore for the second quarter of the financial year 2011. Kareena Kapoor takes the second spot with a tax payment of Rs. 1 crore.
