The Censor Board has finally given clearance to Jai Bolo Telangana. The Revise Committee on Thursday, suggested few cuts to the film. With this, the Censor Board issued A-Certificate and the film was slated to release, on 4th of February, next month.

The Central Board for Film Certification has refused to clear Jai Bolo Telangana, which is a high profile film on the Telangana agitation, as they say that it contains some sarcastic remarks against the Congress president Sonia Gandhi & several Seema-Andhra leaders. The Board decision has expectedly angered Telangana activists, TRS leaders and students.

But Now, on the suggestions of the Revise Committee, filmmakers agreed to cut down the objectionable dialogues and scenes. "Jai Bolo Telangana" has Jagapathi Babu in the lead role. The film was directed by N.Shankar & the Music was composed by Chakri.
