A movie with a difference, says Nag

* A pleasant surprise for his fans at the premiere show in Annapoorna theatre
Actors Nagarjuna, Poonam Kaur and producer Dil Raju of Gaganam, a film said to have been made on the basis of events surrounding the hijack of Indian Airlines plane to Kandahar in Afghanistan in 1999, are confident that the film will be a commercial success though it has been made in a totally non-commercial format.
The trio regaled a large number of fans and others in Annapoorna theatre by attending the premiere show. They were on a tour to promote the film, which is all set to hit the screens on Friday, in which Nagarjuna plays the role of a commando who storms the plane and frees the passengers from the hijackers.
This film is an answer to all those who have been saying that Telugu movies have become formulaic and routine. Gaganam\\\\\\\' has no songs and no fights, and it does not have a heroine in the conventional sense. But the story has a lot of strength and the film will surely be a hit, Mr. Nagarjuna said, talking to reporters at Swarna palace before coming to the theatre for the premiere show.
