Diehard fans of megastar Rajinikanth have finally got some respite from worrying about their idol\'s health ever since the news of his recovery was made public by his son-in-law and National Award winning actor, Dhanush.

However, Dhanush seemed to be very surprised about rumours of kidney transplant for the veteran superstar doing the rounds. He has dismissed these reports and said, The superstar\'s health condition is fine and would returm back to work within 10days. Rajini, who has been assured complete privacy is doing fine and is enjoying a normal diet.
