Anathapur SP MK Sinha on Friday confirmed the arrest of Pothula Suresh, the prime accused involved in the murder of Paritala Ravi. Sinha confirmed of arresting Suresh in Udnam of Gujarts Surat district. The Police planned the plot of arrest when Suresh's wife conversed with him over the phone.

The phone was tapped to know his whereabouts. Suresh who has been booked under 16 diffrent cases would be presented in the court today. Founder of ROC, Pothula Suresh is also a close aid to Paritala Ravi. The TDP leader was murdered on 25 January 2005. After the murder of Paritala, Suresh went absconding for a long time.

The state police with the help of Gujarat police nabbed Suresh. He was arrested on the basis of a non-bailable warrant on charges of murdering Kanaganapalli's ZPTC. Sinha ordered the concerned SP's to send across all the details on the cases Suresh has been booked.
