Babu trip to flood-hit areas in East Godavari

The Telugu Desam Party president Nara Chandrababu Naidu charged the state government of being indifferent to the problems of the people in Coastal Andhra and Rayalaseema who had been reeled under heavy rains and floods.
Talking to media persons during his tour of East Godavari, Mr Naidu accused the state government of failing to take up relief and rescue measures in the flood-hit districts. He criticized the government that it has totally failed in attending the problems of rain-ravaged victims.
In a trip to flood effected areas in Coastal Andhra, Babu visited Kakinada, on Saturday, and was grandly welcomed by the party leaders in the region. Later, the former chief minister viewed a photo exhibition estimating the flood effect.
In the meantime, The opposition leader claimed CM Rosaiah for getting relative funds from centre & demanded to announce suitable compensation to the farmers who suffered losses on account of damage to their paddy crop in the heavy rains.
