Telangana Rashtra Samiti president K. Chandrasekhar Rao on Sunday sought more time to implement his agenda of whipping up social tension' if the Srikrishna Committee opposed the creation of Telangana when he said the party will watch out for developments till the budget session of Parliament.

Mr. Rao, who in the past said that he would wait for a week or ten days after December 31 when the committee was supposed to submit the report and later extended the deadline by 15-20 days, on Sunday further stretched it to the budget session beginning February.
