JAL cyclone panic coastal residents

Fishermen vent their ire on attitude of officials Slams administration for failing to supply basic amenities
The JAL cyclone created havoc among the residents in coastal areas. Fishing has come to a standstill in the wake of continuous rains and bad weather in all the coastal villages since the last 10 days.
Jal added to the woes of fishermen families, although staying in relief camps ensures food for them and their children, the self esteem of women of the fishermen community does not permit them to stand in queues to collect food.
In Srikakulam district, the fishermen shared their agony to the news persons & strongly alleged on the authorities for their lax attitude in providing relief to flood victims.
The irate sufferers vented their anger over state government and said that the administration has totally failed to supply basic amenities to fishermen, who did not venture into sea for the past five days.
