Duggal says he is unbaised on the 'T' issue
Sri Krishna Committe member VK Duggal on wednesday gave a clear detailing on his visit to Seemandhra leaders. Duggal requested the telangana leaders not to create political conterversies. He said that the committe constituted for giving its view on the bifurcated state issue will give its consent on or before December 31 this year.
