KCR to stay put in New Delhi

Close on the heels of his meeting with CWC member K. Keshava Rao that touched off a row, Telangana Rashtra Samiti president K. Chandrasekhar Rao is likely to continue his discussions with Congress leadership over the next one week. Sources said that he planned to stay put in New Delhi to meet Union Ministers S. Jaipal Reddy and Pranab Mukherjee.
The move is to build bridges with the Congress high command that has soured after his exit from the UPA. Congress leaders confirmed that an influential section within the party was trying to bring KCR closer to the central leadership before the submission of the report by Justice Srikrishna Committee by December-end.The meeting between the TRS president and Dr. Keshava Rao was scheduled in Hyderabad some time after Dasara, but it could not materialise.
