Konda Surekha writes another letter to the AICC president


Former Minister K. Surekha shot another letter to All India Congress Committee president Sonia Gandhi urging her to constitute a fact-finding committee on Andhra Pradesh Congress Committee affairs.

Ms. Surekha representing Parkal constituency sought to know from Ms. Gandhi the reason for suspending Bhaskar Reddy of Tirupati from the party membership. Several leaders who do not enjoy any public support and who have become a liability to the party were being promoted and patronised by the APCC leadership, she said.

However, those who enjoy good public patronage and work sincerely were being targeted just because they were followers of late Chief Minister Y S Rajasekhara Reddy she added.
