Chiranjeevi on 2nd day visit in Tirupathi

Expressing his anger over the failure of state MPs in getting funds from centre for various development projects taken up by the state, the Praja Rajyam Party president, Chiranjeevi said that, though the state suffered enormous losses due to cyclone Jal, the MPs had failed to get requisite funds from the centre.
The PRP leader alleged that the MPs were working to protect their interests and kowtowing before the High Command to protect their seats. At the same time, Chiru demanded the government to give interest-free loans to farmers to take up agriculture operations, and also increase the assistance presently being given to farmers and flood victims.
Commenting on the bifurcation of state, the actor-turned-politician said that, he would react only after the submission of Srikrishna Commission's report on the situation in the state. However, Chiranjeevi made it clear that he would always work for the integration of state.
