All arrangements have been made for the Id-ul-Azha prayers at the Miralam Idgah here on Wednesday. Hafiz Abdullah Qureshi Al Azhari will lead the prayers at 9.30 a.m. Before that a short discourse on the significance of the festival of sacrifice will be delivered by Moulana Husamuddin Jaffar Pasha.

At the Madannapet Idgah the prayers will be held at 9 a.m. Minorities Welfare Minister Syed Ahmadullah reviewed the arrangements for the prayers at the Idgah with officials of different departments on Tuesday. He said the Wakf Board had sanctioned Rs. 1.70 lakh for the arrangements at the two Idgahs.

The Water Board was deploying five tankers for ablution besides supplying sufficient number of drinking water sachets. A mobile transformer and a generator was being kept as a standby, the Minister said.
