The ongoing agitation by the students of S.V.University, on state governments decision over the postponement of the police recruitment test, intensified, on Saturday. The protesting students further warned government that if it does not conducts the exams on the earlier announced date, they will commit suicide by jumping from the Administrative Building.

They also demanded that resignations of Chief Minister K Rosaiah and Home Minister Sabita Indra Reddy to their post. Later, the chaos resorted to burn effigy of Chief Minister along with the well raised slogans, against the attitude of administration. Incidentally, one of the angry protesters had attempted to commit suicide at the spot, but the bid was foiled by other agitators.
