Home Minister Sabitha Indira Reddy responce
The state Home Minister Sabitha Indira Reddy on Saturday, strongly reacted on the ongoing protests by the seemandhra students in the state, over the government's decision to postpone SI recruitment test. Urging the angry demonstrators to call off their agitations, The Home Minster stated that the exams would be conducted as soon as possible.
A day after the announcement was made on putting-off the police sub inspector recruitment exam, Mrs. Reddy met Chief Minister K.Rosaiah to discuss on existing law & order situation in state.
Meanwhile, a writ petition challenging the contentious provision of 14 (f) in the Presidential Order was listed in the High Court on Friday. It is likely to be taken up on Monday for preliminary hearing.
