Prime Minister Manmohan Singh will arrive in Puttaparthi to participate in the convocation programme of the Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning today. The Prime Minister will arrive at 10.50 am at the Puttaparthi airport and proceed to SaiKulvanth hall, the venue of the convocation at Prashanthi Nilayam .

He will address students and other participants and spend 90 minutes at the convocation. He will later proceed to the airport and leave for New Delhi at 12.50pm. Chief Minister K. Rosaiah will receive the Prime Minister. After seeing off the Prime Minister, Mr. Rosaiah will take part in local programmes.

He will attend the birthday celebrations of Sai Baba on Tuesday before leaving for Hyderabad. A host of MLA's, MLC's,Ministers, officials and non-officials would participate in the Prime Minister's programme.
