Dharmana appeals JAC employees to call off 'Chalo Hyderabad'

The state minister for revenue, Dharmana Prasada Rao on Sunday, appealed the Joint Action Committee of Employees to withdraw their scdeduled 'Chalo-Hyderabad' programme tomorrow. The Minister assured that the State Government would look into fitment benefits of revised pay scales and other demands of employees.
Speaking with new men, Mr.Rao said, based on recommendations, the administration would take appropriate decision as soon as possible. In the meantime, He stated that, there would be a burden of 5,140 Crores on the state giovernment, if they implement PRC to employees.
Thus, The Minister urged to call off their proposed agitation irrespective of their demands. The Joint Action Committee of Employees, Teachers, Workers and Pensioners of the state gave a 'Chalo Hyderabad'' call tomorrow to pressurise the government for fulfilling their long-pending demands.
On the occasion, the JAC called upon all the employees working in the various government departments across the state to go on a mass leave on that day and take part in a big in Hyderabad.
