Kiran Reddy's First Press Meet As CM

In his first press meet, new CM of Andhra Pradesh N Kiran Kumar Reddy, sought the cooperation of his colleagues and opposition to take the state forward. Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy on Thursday sought the cooperation of the media and the opposition for the implementation of the developmental programs in the state.
Addressing his first press conference after being sworn in as the 16th Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, Kiran Kumar Reddy also appealed to the leader of opposition and Telugu Desam Party president Nara Chandrababu Naidu to extend his cooperation setting aside party affiliations.
Regarding the pending irrigation projects, the Chief Minister replied that he would confer with party MPs, MLAs and MLCs, and seek their cooperation for speedy sanction of the projects from the centre.
