Founder president of YSR Congress Party Kolishetty Shiva Kumar has expressed his willingness to offer his party's name to former MP Y. S. Jaganmohan Reddy, though with certain conditions.

Mr. Shiva Kumar, who registered the YSR Congress Party with the State Election Commission (SEC) and the Election Commission of India in August this year, said that Mr. Jagan's followers had already sounded him out.

He has already drafted a party constitution and designed a flag. Mr. Shiva Kumar wanted Mr. Jagan to give a commitment that he would continue the welfare and developmental programmes initiated by his father Y. S. Rajasekhara Reddy and ensure that they percolated to the grassroot level.

He said, He will wait for some time and discuss with the Jagan group. In fact, he was planning to unveil the YSR Congress Party flag at Pavurallagutta on December 29, He said.
