After initial restraint, Peddireddy Ramachandra Reddy whom his bete noire Kiran Kumar Reddy, the Chief Minister, had kept out of his Cabinet, spat venom at him.

He vowed to take on him politically by mobilising all anti-Kiran leaders into a formidable force. Peddireddy poured out his pent up feelings before mediapersons here on Thursday before taking off to Hyderabad.

Interestingly former Housing Minister C. Silpa Mohan Reddy, who also could not get a berth, was with him at his media conference as both of them obviously had a common cause.

Silpa however did not speak at the meet. Peddireddy ruled out leaving the party and pledged to fight Kiran Kumar Reddy, whom he described as his arch rival who survived only by carrying tales against his rivals to the high command.
