Jagan, I have common goal, says Viveka

* Sought Cabinet berth in order to ensure continuation of YSR's schemes
Minister for Agriculture Y.S. Vivekananda Reddy asserted on Friday that his goal was common with that of his nephew and former Kadapa MP Y.S. Jaganmohan Reddy, who quit the Congress. Our common goal is to ensure welfare of the common people in the State, in tune with former Chief Minister Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy's aspirations, Mr. Reddy told media persons after paying homage at his elder brother YSR's samadhi at Idupulapaya.
Recalling that Yeduguri Sandinti family was going strong without any splits for the last 135 years, he said it would continue to be so in future too. The Minister maintained that he would continue in Congress and sought a Cabinet berth in order to ensure continuation of YSR's schemes, which benefited the people of the lowest strata and to ensure that irrigation project works under Jalayagnam progressed briskly.
