The US Consul General in Hyderabad Miss katherine dhanani, said that it is not possible to increase the no.of days for appointment for visas at present. Speaking in a special interview with TV5, Katherine said, The Indo-American relations have improved tremendously & US companies are showing interest in investments in India.

She also said, American economy is picking up and that US is looking forward for more agreements with India. US president Barack Obama's recent tour in India is a milestone in Indo-American relations, she asserted. This is her first interview to a TV channel in Hyderabad, after she took over her as Consulate General.
