The junior doctors who were on indefinite strike from past six days, in Vijayawada, have decided to intensify their agitation. Demanding solutions for their long pending demands, the medicos have boycotted their medical duties & halted even emergency services in the hospitals.

With the alleged negligence of State Government, The Joint Action Committee has been constituted, by PG students from seven medical colleges & some house surgeons.

Looking into the genuine demands of junior doctors, The committee has aimed to strengthen their strike, on Sunday. On other hand, The student association of Siddartha medical College in the region , have demanded to release their pending wages.
