Earlier, the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) President N Chandrababu Naidu alleged that the government has totally failed to look into issues facing the farmers of the state. The leader of the Opposition stated that the the farmers, who were already reeling under loans, were now hit by successive cyclones and heavy rains. In this regard, The party chief along with his party MLA's, took out a padayatra from Ambedkar statue to State Assembly on Monday, to protest against the alleged negligence by government in providing relief to farmers affected by floods. In the meantime, He reiterated that the TDP would not rest until farmers of the state get relief and justice.
