OU JAC demand to withdraw cases

With a demand to withdraw criminal cases against students participated in seperate statehood row, The members of Osmania University Joint Action Committee on Monday, lauched a bike rally from university campus to State legislative Assembly. However thei bid was foiled by the Police officials. Later, they were taken into custody. The protesters strongly condemned the statement announced by, Home Minister Sabitha Indira Reddy, during Assembly session.
They alleged that the government did not lift cases on telangana students and instead releaved those from Seemanadhra. The students also demanded to release the JAC leaders who were in police custody since a long time. The angry students burnt an effigy of chief minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy demanding the same.
