The Deputy Speaker Nadendla Manohar adjourned the house at the beginning of the day as all parties got on an argument to discuss on the farmers issues at the initial stage of the fifth day. Later the assembly resumed and discussed primarily on the farmers problems. All parties from the state put forth their strong say on the Incessant rains and floods which brought great losses to the already poor peaseant.

They vent their anguish for the poor farmer and said that price on crops, insufficent fertilizers and rains left the farmer in deep losses. While the discussion was still on, the opposition parties expressed their fury over the government. Thereafter, Murali the whip replied to the concerns also spoke against the opposition. Finally the house was adjourned for today.
