Tension prevailed in Ranga Reddy district, on Wednesday, when group of TDP district unit leaders along with left parties, attempted to lay siege to collectorate office. Hundreds of activists swarmed, gheraoed the office & made a bid to barge inside the main gates.

Following their attempt, the police officials reached the spot & hustled the crowd. Protesting the government's lethargic attitude towards their fasting party president Chandrababu Naidu, The protesters threatened to barricade the main highway routes in the state, today.
