TDP, CPI & CPI(M) walk out of the meeting

Talks initiated by State Government with the opposition parties. for resolving TDP president Chandrababu Naidu's indefinite hunger-strike issue, failed on Thursday afternoon, as chief minister Kiran Kumar Reddy refused to concede the demand for enhancement of compensation to calamity-hit farmers.
The principal opposition - TDP, CPI and CPI(M) - walked out of the meeting in protest against the government's adamant attitude. After they walked out of the all-party meeting, the leaders told newsmen that, chief minister only refused for suitable compensation for farmers said that the government has no money to enhance relief.
Of the six ministers who attended the meeting, three left midway. Other opposition parties like BJP, Lok Satta and TRS too did not express satisfaction over the outcome of the meeting.
