The precarious health condition of the fasting TDP supremo N. Chandrababu Naidu had its echo at Chittoor, where irate cadres of both TDP and the Left parties made a futile bid to, stage road blockades in the region. The demonstrators in the region staged a sit-in on the roads & started to cook food.

This caused severe interruption to the vehicular traffic. Later, The activists started to vandalize the situation, causing damage to public property. The agitators reportedly turned restive and raised slogans against state government & Chief Minister, Kiran Kumar Reddy.
