City Police Commissioner AK Khan celebrated New Year with the locals in the region. He wished every one on the eve of new year and cut a cake at Lumbini park in the city. Interacting with TV5, he wished all a safe, prosperous and peaceful new year 2011. Senior police officials including Police Commissioner A. K. Khan were on road manning the streets to avoid any kind of trouble.
