Rules followed in land allotment, says Rosaiah

Former Chief Minister K. Rosaiah on Sunday reiterated that he was not at fault and adhered to the rules and procedures while allotting nine-acre land near Maitri Vanam in Ameerpet.
Speaking to reporters on Sunday, Dr. Rosaiah pointed out direction of the ACB Special Court to book a case, register an FIR and investigate allotment of land done during his tenure did not hint at any wrong doing as it was merely giving direction to enquire on the basis of a petition filed by some advocates.
He said the State Government could turn down the G.O, if the allotment had violated norms. said the G.O issued could be challenged in higher courts and the final decision could be taken basing on the Court orders.
