First partial solar eclipse of 2011 today
The first partial solar eclipse of the year, will occur on 4th of this Month from 12.10 noon to 4.31 p.m. According to a press release issued by the Planetary Society of India, The maximum phase of the eclipse will be at 2.21 p.m. And, The natural phenomenon will be visible in the north-western States .
