'The Congress government has turned party manifesto into a farce by just limiting it to elections and not caring to fulfilling them, former Kadapa MP Y.S. Jaganmohan Reddy has said. While the former Chief Minister Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy had given a 5-year golden rule' to the people of the Andhra Pradesh through implementation of a manifesto prepared before elections, the current rulers had limited the manifesto' to just elections, Mr. Jagan alleged while addressing a massive public meeting at Kothakota in Ravikamatham mandal as part of his Odarpu Yatra'.

Large number of women and youth attended the meeting, which turned out to be the best of the day with people cheering the former CM's son every time he mentioned YSR's name.
