The Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation will run 10 special services to Hyderabad and six to Vijayawada during the Sankranti festival season, the Visakhapatnam Regional Manager G. Maheswar has said. Reservation in five buses have already begun for journey date: January 16.

Depending on the further demand, the reservation for seats on other services would also be taken up. Meanwhile, it has kept some buses ready for running within the district during the Sankranti season and they would be deployed within a short notice as and when the need arose, he added. There were no special buses being run from Visakhapatnam to destinations out of Andhra Pradesh this season.
