The Telugu Desam Party president, N. Chandrababu Naidu has demanded that the government withdraw paramilitary forces from Osmania University & condemned the police action against the students on the campus.

Talking to mediapersons on Sunday , he alleged that the government was harassing the students by booking cases. He also reiterated his demand for action on the Srikrishna Committee report, saying the onus was on the Central and State governments and not the Opposition. He charged the Congress with creating problems in other parties over Telangana issue.
