Telugu Desam has sent out a warning to the TRS against disturbing its rallies and meetings saying it was capable of paying back the latter in the same coin. Addressing a press conference, TDP leader T. Devender Goud took exception to TRS activists and others disturbing the meetings of party president N. Chandrababu Naidu in Khammam on Wednesday night.
He said both TRS and Congress were conniving with each other to weaken TDP in Telangana. Let them not test our patience. There is a limit to it. Criticising TRS president K. Chandrasekhar Rao for engineering such attacks, Mr. Goud wondered what happened to his threat of triggering an earthquake if Srikrishna Committee report went against Telangana.
By moving with Congress, a party of betrayers, he was deceiving the people of Telangana. In another statement, Nagam Janardhan Reddy, convenor, Telangana Telugu Desam Forum, condemned the obstruction and attack on the party president in Khammam district.
