Chief Minister N. Kiran Kumar Reddy has convened a meeting with the Ministers from Telangana region, to discuss the arrangements for 'Rachabanda' programme, beginning from 24th this month. The Chief Minister intends to discuss threadbare, a way out of the situation.

Sources said several Ministers from the Telangana, have already met the Chief Minister and apprised him of the volatile situation in the region. A Minister said he and colleagues intend to ask the Chief Minister to allow them to speak their mind on the Telangana issue, if they face hostile crowd and agitators.

An MLA from North Telangana admitted that there was every chance of students and members of the Joint Action Committee creating trouble at the meetings. However, they may not hesitate to raise the issues about people not able to access the benefits of the welfare and developmental programmes.
