Chief Minister N. Kiran Kumar Reddy has firmly told the Ministers and Congress MLAs to confidently take forward the Rachabanda' programme come what may' from January 24. In the wake of fears expressed by some party leaders about facing protests from agitators in different regions, especially in Telangana, the Chief Minister held one-on-one meetings with over half-a-dozen Ministers and MLAs at the Secretariat on Monday.

The mass contact programme to be launched from January 24 was for receiving feedback from beneficiaries on the implementation of welfare programmes. The people's representatives and government machinery should be fully focussed on the Rachabanda' objectives, Mr. Kiran Kumar Reddy told them.
