Congress will act against Jagan supporters - DS

Andhra Pradesh Congress Committee president D. Srinivas has said that the party high command will act with a sense of timing against MPs and MLAs who accompanied former MP Y.S. Jaganmohan Reddy to New Delhi recently. Mr. Srinivas resumed his office on Monday at Gandhi Bhavan after the party asked him to continue in the post a couple of days ago.
He supported the decision of the Home Ministry in inviting only two representatives from each party for consultations on separate Telangana. The number was restricted to only two to facilitate smooth consultation. However, there was no bar on parties deputing only one representative. Mr. Srinivas said he will focus on stepping up party programmes in the coming months with a view to strengthening the organisational network. He would try to promote team spirit in workers.
