Government chief Whip Bhatti Vikramarka on Thursday, called upon the people in the state, to make the Racchabanda program a grand success. Talking to media persons, Bhatti said that the program is aimed at ensuring that welfare schemes, launched by the government reach genuine beneficiaries.

Bhatti Vikramarka called upon people to come up with their grievances and suggestions on government welfare schemes. He also asked people to derive the maximum benefits possible from government schemes. He added that, The government is keen to ensure that these welfare schemes reach the people as promised in the election manifesto of the Congress party.
