The work in all government departments across the state, came to a halt on Thursday, following the novel pen down protest by the employees. The employees have halted their services, for the second consecutive day.

The workforce throughout in various districts sported black badges and attended duty. But no one discharged the official work. They warned the administration of intensifying the agitation if discussions were not held with the JAC leaders for meeting the demands.
