Devotees thronged to the gangaamma temple in chitoor district. A women who went to offer milk to the idol of Godess ganga said that the idol consumed the milk. The temple is said to be more than 100 years old. The RKVB village of Karveti mandal has been blessed beacuse of the diety, the villages claim. Devotees thronged to the temple on receiving news about the offering being accepted by the goddess.
