Chief Minister N. Kiran Kumar Reddy has appealed, to the people of different regions in the State, not to cause any disturbance to the Rachabanda' programme by raising the Telangana or any other sensitive subject at its meetings. Urging them to extend cooperation for making the programme a success, he said, they must understand the importance of the mass-contact programme.

Mr. Reddy also asked Ministers, MPs, MLAs and all other elected representatives to take Rachabanda' in all its seriousness and tour the districts from tomorrow to 12th of February. In a statement, which gave details of his participation in the programme in the north Coastal districts, Mr. Reddy did not indicate when he would visit Telangana.
