The TRS Party Leader Harish Rao gave a call to the leaders of the Congress and TDP to participate in the Non-Coperation movement that is being held by them. He visited the dharna that is being held at Gunpark by the lecturers demanding the introduction of bill for separate state of telangana in the budgetary session of parliament. He also said for separate telangana they will to an extent of not letting the parliamentary session happen.
