On other hand, The TDP has described the Income-Tax searches on the construction companies of the party's parliamentary party leader, Nama Nageswara Rao, as politically motivated. Addressing a media conference, TDP leaders K. Yerran Naidu, Kadiam Srihari and Nagam Janardhan Reddy said the Congress-led UPA Government at the Centre, was targeting political adversaries, especially those who spoke strongly against it.
