The High court on wednesday issued orders to the Sri Krishnadevaraya University to appoint Kusuma Kumari as the Vice Chancellor. However the court added that she should not be involved in any decision making procedures. Earlier Kusuma Kumari was abandoned from her job on grounds of facing illegal charges at work. Questioning the same she filed a petition with the High court who gave its judgement in favour of her. The court also ordered the government to provide the enquiry report filed by the Hunumanth committe. It had also asked her to reply to the same within 30days of time.
