Country witnessing unprecedented corruption: Chandrababu

Coming down heavily on the Congress party, Telugu Desam Party President N Chandrababu Naidu on Tuesday, alleged that the country was witnessing unprecedented corruption and held AICC President Sonia Gandhi responsible for it.
Talking to reporters at Chilakaluripet, he alleged that several Government Orders which were passed during the TDP regime were altered on their choice, benefitting several individuals and organisations. Referring to the merger of Praja Rajyam Party with the Congress, he pointed out that, Chiranjeevi merged the party which had plunged in corruption.
He claimed that, If Praja Rajyam Party was not floated, the Congress party would have met debacle in the 2009 Assembly elections. Mr Naidu earlier addressed road-side meetings in the district at various places.
