Telugu Desam Party president N. Chandrababu Naidu, who drew good crowds to his Rythu Kosam yatra in Pulivendula constituency in Kadapa district on Monday, targeted former Chief Minister Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy as well as UPA Chairperson Sonia Gandhi and the Kiran Kumar Reddy government in Simhadripuram, Ankalamma Gudur and other places in the segment and accused them of amassing wealth by corrupt practices.

YSR amassed wealth and his son Y.S. Jaganmohana Reddy was starting his own party as his hopes of becoming YSRs political successor in Congress were dashed, he alleged. Jagan would return to the Congress fold if offered Chief Ministership, he prophesied. Mr. Naidu interacted with handloom weavers, people and pensioners in Ankalamma Gudur and addressed people.
